Herbst ist Wanderszeit in Andalusien<\/h2>\n

Herbst und Winter sind die idealen Jahreszeiten zum Radeln und Wandern in Andalusien. Im Oktober ist es immer noch recht warm, oft noch Badesaison, aber auch nicht mehr zu hei\u00df f\u00fcr die ein oder andere Wanderung oder Radtour. Im November und Dezember, und eigentlich durchgehend bis April oder Mai, ist dann das perfekte Klima f\u00fcr Outdoor Aktivit\u00e4ten. Nat\u00fcrlich kann man auch mal Pech haben und es regnet ein paar Tage. Aber wie hat mir mal jemand gesagt: \u201cWenn der Himmel in Andalusien mal grau ist, dann h\u00f6chstens hellgrau!\u201d<\/p>\n

\"Istan\"<\/p>\n

Ist\u00e1n<\/h2>\n

Heute m\u00f6chte ich Euch eine Wanderung vorstellen, die ich letztes Jahr im November gemacht hatte. Es ist ein kurzer Rundweg um Ist\u00e1n<\/b> von ca. 1:20 Std. Dauer und 4 km L\u00e4nge. Eine ideale Tour f\u00fcr den Vormittag mit anschlie\u00dfendem Mittagessen im Dorf (nicht vergessen, hier bekommt man auch noch um 3 Uhr nachmittags Mittagessen). Ist\u00e1n ist ein kleines Bergdorf im Hinterland von Marbella, oberhalb von Puerto Ban\u00fas. Das Gemeindegebiet Ist\u00e1n liegt teilweise im Biosph\u00e4renreservat Sierra de las Nieves<\/b>. In dieser Berglandschaft erstreckt sich das Tal des Flusses Rio Verde<\/b>, der durch die Dehesa de Bornoque<\/b> flie\u00dft, wo sich Kork- und Steineichen vermischen und sogar einige Pinsapo<\/strong>-Fichten zu finden sind.<\/p>\n

Von der N-340, Ausfahrt 176, f\u00e4hrt man die Landstra\u00dfe A-6206 ca. 13 km hinauf in die Berge, bis man in das Dorf gelangt, wo die Stra\u00dfe auch endet. Trotz der vermeintlichen Abgeschiedenheit ist man im Ort auf Touristen eingestellt und hei\u00dft diese willkommen. Im Dorf selbst gibt es einen gr\u00f6\u00dferen Parkplatz. Von hier aus geht es zu Fu\u00df weiter bis an das untere Ende der Ortschaft.<\/p>\n

\"Wanderweg<\/p>\n

Die Wanderung<\/h2>\n

Im Supermercado San Miguel in der Calle Chorro hatten wir zuvor ein wenig Wegzehrung eingekauft. Am unteren Ende des Dorfes, Richtung Mirador El Pe\u00f1\u00f3n, geht es unterhalb der Calle Pe\u00f1\u00f3n hinunter in die G\u00e4rten des Dorfes. Die Route hat eine gelb-wei\u00dfe Kennzeichnung. Der Weg \u00fcberquert einen Bach und geht danach hinauf zu dem alten Dreschplatz Las Herrizas<\/b>, der uns zu einem Picknick einl\u00e4dt. Kurz nach dem Dreschplatz gelangen wir an eine befahrbare Piste, die uns zur\u00fcck in das Dorf f\u00fchrt. Diese Route ist auch im Andalusien-Wanderf\u00fchrer<\/a> (mit GPS-Tracks) vom Michael M\u00fcller Verlag beschrieben.<\/p>\n

\"Istan<\/p>\n

Restaurante El Bar\u00f3n<\/h2>\n

Wieder zur\u00fcck im Ort und hungrig von der vielen Bewegung an der frischen Luft kehrten wir nach unserer Wanderung im Restaurant El Bar\u00f3n<\/b> in der Calle Marbella ein. Vom Restaurant aus hat man ebenfalls einen wundersch\u00f6nen Blick in das Tal. Das Essen (besonders die Fleischgerichte) ist durchaus empfehlenswert und die Gastleute sind sehr freundlich.<\/p>\n

R\u00fcckfahrt mit Ausblick<\/h2>\n

Zufrieden, gut gest\u00e4rkt und etwas m\u00fcde machen wir uns wieder auf den Heimweg. Auf unserer Fahrt hinunter nach Marbella werden wir dann noch einmal beschenkt, mit einem atemberaubenden Blick auf die Meerenge mit ihren beiden S\u00e4ulen. Auf der einen Seite der Felsen von Gibraltar <\/b>und gegen\u00fcber der Berg Dschebel Musa<\/b> in Marokko. Wieder einmal haben wir einen wundersch\u00f6nen Ausflug in Andalusien erleben d\u00fcrfen.<\/p>\n
